Raygen.info Comment Policy

Introduction- Raygen.info is a blog that allows comments. Below, I will lay out the rules for commenting on this blog, and I expect  users who wish to leave a comment to follow them.  The failure to abide by this comment policy may result in loss of comment privileges as well as deletion of any and all comments one has made on this blog.

1. Copyright – In any comments you post, any images you upload, any web sites you link to, and any other medium of exchange that occurs  in its relation to or appearance on raygen.info you conclude that you own the copyright permissions to all of these things or have been granted permission by the copyright holder to use them. They may be used to privately contact the blog commenter in regards to a comment or its contents. It may also be used to notify the commenter of violations of this policy. Raygen.info will never use your email address provided in comments for spam mail, nor share it with anyone unless it is complying with law enforcement.

3. Commenter Privacy and Protection – Other than the the email address you provide for comments,  You agree to never post personal identifiable information on this blog. NEVER post your credit card number, date of birth, street address, phone number, or other information in comments on this blog. This provision is for your own protection, and raygen.info and its owner is not responsible for any personal information you post in comments on this blog, and in its sole discretion, raygen.info reserves the right to edit and/or delete comments that contain such information about the commenter.

4. Language and Manners: This blog is “family friendly” and comments which include offensive or inappropriate language, or considered by the blog owner and administrator to be rude and offensive, will be edited or deleted.

5. Please keep comments relative to the conversation: A comment which does not add to the conversation, runs of on an inappropriate tangent, or kills the conversation may be edited, moved, or deleted.

6. No Personal Attacks – In the interest of good, insightful, and spirit conversation, please refrain from using personal attacks towards the blogger or other commenters. You are entitled to question or argue the content, but do not engage in personal attacks towards the blogger or other commenters. Failure to respect others on this blog could result in you being barred from any future comments on this blog.

7. Blog Moderation and Administration Rights - This blog is regularly moderated, and you agree that Raygen.info and its owner at anytime can modify and/or delete any comments it wishes at anytime.  The blog owner and/or raygen.info  in its sole discretion reserves the right to approve, not approve, delete, and mark comments as spam as seen fit. raygen.info also reserves the right to block access to anyone or any group from commenting on this blog.

8. Hold Harmless – All comments on this blog are the responsibility of the commenter not the blog owner, administrator, contributor, editor, or author. By submitting a comment on our blog, you agree that the comment content is your own, and to hold raygen.info, its owner, and all subsidiaries and representatives harmless from any and all repercussions, damages, or liability.

9. Trackbacks - Tracksbacks are comments and will be treated inline with our comment policy.

10. Comment Spam - We take precautions on raygen.info in combating spam. When posting a comment, the user is required to solve a captcha, and the comment is checked by an online spam checking service. We take preventing and fighting comment spam very seriously, and will not tolerate blog spamming. If you try, you will be flagged as spam and your comment will be deleted. You will also run the risk of being barred from using the site in the future. Please do not spam, it could get you blacklisted.
